The Kivalita New Lions Project includes three phases:



1.            Professional training: theoretical classes and monitoring of a specialist in the area, acquiring technical and behavioral knowledge for the labor market;



2.            Acquisition of industry-specific knowledge in a "hybrid" way: theoretical and practical knowledge, minimally selecting two areas to be able to act: quality assurance, laboratory or hospital area;
